I have read the book, even with a group of men that met weekly to discuss it at church group. It had good messages, it was meaningful. Less than 1 year later, I am back looking at internet porn and movies again. It seems easier to use that material than to be disappointed when the wife is not interested some nights. Must constantly be renewing my mind, in order to flush the trash out of my mind. Its hard to resist the temptation, when the flesh wants satisfaction and it seems like there is no crime being commited.
